We utilize the best juicer on the market, the Norwalk. The Norwalk comes highly recommended by the Gerson Institute
because of it's ability to both masticate and press.What this means is that you get more enzymes and nutrients per square inch of vegetable or fruit utilized. Regular juicers that utilize sharp grinding and centrifigul pressing destroy the enzymes . Many nutrients are lost because of these 'cheaper ' juicing procedures.
Once the juice has been 'made to order', it is placed in glass bottles and packed on ice (to slow down enzyme degradation) then delivered speedily to you !

Detox Dynamo: A dynamic combination of detoxifiying vegies: contains: organic carrots, beets, celey, cucumber, spinach or kale, ginger or lemon. This blend was created to help the major organs detoxify acidic waste products from the body, alkalanizes the bloodstream; great adjunct to a fasting regime.
Carrot/Apple: An old classic; carrot and apples are digestive aids as well as strong alkalanizers. Part of a Gerson cleansing program, and commonly used in combination with Green Glory.
